to produce "Best of Athens" tour guidebook during
the Olympics
LG Electronics has signed an exclusive contract
with Lonely Planet, via Lonely Planet's Korean agent,
to produce "Best of Athens - VIP Edition",
for distribution during the 2004 Olympic Games.
Copies of the customised "Best of Athens" guide
will be distributed in around 20 luxury Athens hotels, and
given free to passengers who travel to Athens during the Olympics
on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flights from Incheon, Tokyo and
Osaka, and Swiss International Air Lines passengers who travel
from Zurich and Geneva.
LG Electronics has also distributed the books to its global
network in the USA, UK, Republic of South Africa and Singapore.

opportunity for their business, giving LG access to their
desired market through a useful, respected product.

for travelers to Athens during the Olympics. LG Electronics
also aims to increase awareness of its high-quality home appliances
